I received an error that recommended I contact my contractor. How do I do that?
If you have a Diamond Contractor’s information stored in your kumo cloud app, you can call your contractor from the app, or you can notify them that you need service. When you notify them that you need service through the app, your contractor will receive information about the error from kumo cloud to better assist you.
If you do not have a Diamond Contractor saved in the app, you can search for one in your area directly from the kumo cloud app. If no Diamond Contractor is found in your area, please contact us at 1-800-433-4822.
